Ok, time for another installment.  I think it's time to show everyone what prompted this site.  Here's a picture of NC39748, my 1942 Waco UPF-7.  She was completed on 20 October 1942, and there were only 11 more UPF-7s completed after her.  She's a beauty isn't she!  Her current condition is the result of a complete, detailed restoration performed by Tom Brown of Brown Aero in Unity, WI.  Tom is a true craftsman who has completed several award-winning restorations, and he's a good friend.  Thanks Tom, for working your magic on NC39748!!

Oh, here we go!  As this site grows and matures, I hope to offer some info about my particular airplane, UPF-7 NC39748, and about UPF-7 history in general.  Maybe even some stuff about other Waco models as well.  So come back and visit often.  Who knows where this will lead!
